During Production Inspection
DUPRO ordinarily refers to the inspection of semi-finished products on the production line or the random inspection of the first batch of
finished products coming off the production-line, in accordance with applicable regulations/standards and/or customer specifications.
This allows us to check for defects, prompt the factory to make corrections and prepare reports for our customers including important
improvement suggestions.
DUPRO inspection is an important part of production control for all consumer products. It not only highlights actual or potential risks, but
also greatly reduces the cost of product rectification in the later stages of the production process.
How do we perform the During Production Inspection?
Our inspector will monitor and verify each step of the production process and the semi-finished or finished products. All inline QC steps
will be monitored and verified as well the production status reported.
This is the 2nd last chance to secure the products quality and avoid faulty parts.
Which steps do we follow on a DUPRO:
1.Our inspector arrives at the factory, when the production is already started.
2.He will monitor the production and the QC process in the production and packing line.
3.All steps for handle the raw material and components to assemble and produce the goods will be carefully checked.
4.Randomly picked samples from semi-finished or finished products will be checked and verified against the given specification by the
client.
5.The overall production flow and status will be put into a report with many photos and detail explanation to give you a general overview
of the situation and condition of the production.
